Foster Management has a banking relationship with Pacific Premier Bank – HOA Services, one of the industry’s leading providers of banking and payment processing services for homeowners and Associations. There are multiple ways to make a payment:
Payment through Foster Management via ACH/Direct Debit:
Complete and return the bank authorization form to Foster Management for processing – This payment option is administered by our office and is free of charge. The month your assessments are charged, we will electronically pull the amount due or after the 5th. Owners will still receive a statement/notice of the amount due on their account on a regular basis. You can download the ACH Authorization Form by logging into the website portal – or – contact Foster Management.
Online Payments using checking or credit – Available within the website portal is our online payment service to make a one-time, or recurring ACH/E-Check payment, or a payment by Credit or Debit Card. All Credit or Debit Card payments are subject to a convenience fee, but ACH and E-Check Payments remain a free online payment option.
Payment by Check or BillPay:
If mailing a paper check, be sure to include the payment coupon or statement stub with your remittance and send to the payment center. If you are using BillPay through your bank, set up a new payee and mailing address to ensure timely payment. Be sure to include your HOA Account Number on your check payment, to ensure accurate posting of the payment to your account.
